I don’t think my family thought it was any different than any other weekend visit. Maybe it’s because family is their everyday life.

Lately I’ve been hearing my biological clock ticking a little louder. I’ve never really heard guys talk about it having that urge to have babies—make babies, yes, but not having them. Well having a neice and nephew so cute you want to smack doesn’t help put the snooze on this man’s clock.

Tai Gan born 8:05AM on 2/25/2007 weighing in at 6 lbs 15 ounces and stretching (Nguyen-monkey feet and all) a full 18 inches.

I don’t know if there are proper rules of decorum when it comes to meeting your nephew for the first time but I found myself taking an extra long time picking the right shirt. First impressions really count right? even for meeting a newborn. He comes in the world perfectly naked (well with a little peach fuzz) and I’m nervous if he’s gonna like yellows. Uncle Jeff’s got problems but more importantly he has a whole lotta love for the newest member of the clan.
