Flavorpill knows how to throw a charity party right. Great venue, 5 live bands, live art, fierce DJs, photobooth, gift bags, dancing furniture, and FREE BEER! It was xiet bud but hey it was FREE! Good showing for a Thursday night but thought channels of communication and promotion were not tapped to its full potential. Too bad. Hmmm maybe I should offer them my event planning services and adspace on my site.

FoodShelterLove (FSL) is a fledgling, social capitalist empire aimed at helping others satisfy Maslow’s pyramid. Because like the great sage Snoop says “it ain’t no fun, if the rest of the world can’t have none.” Well kinda. We dont know exactly how to take over the world for its own good yet but in the meantime we throw kick-ass parties. So come out because FSL loves loving you.

As always we will be serving up the food and drinks free-o-charge. We will be gladly accepting (no strong-arming here, just a little elbow pinching) tips/donations that will go to Rosemary’s Children’s Services

Rosemary Children’s Services is one of the oldest West Coast charities that helps boys and girls of all ages who have suffered abuse,neglect and abandonment. Its programs include a Foster Family and Adoption Agency, which helps nearly 400 children, annually, throughout Los Angeles County and portions of San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange Counties; a Non-Public School providing specialized education in a small structured environment; a Mental Health Program to provide individual and group therapy and training in various life skills; and the Residential Program which includes Rosemary Cottage and four group homes.
